BAG FILTRATION
Related Products
Liquid Bag filters are used in a variety of industrial applications. They provide an economical and scalable method of filtration for liquids at a variety of flow rates, temperatures, chemical compositions and micron ratings, and can be an effective first stage of filtration in large systems. Most filter bag systems are installed into a retainer basket in a pressure vessel (a ‘closed’ system), matched to the parameters of the specific application.
The most common filter bag media are polyester felt, polypropylene felt and nylon mono-filament. However, there are countless media available to create custom filter bags, from oil adsorbing to high-temperature, many of which are in stock at our warehouse. The following is a general guide to help define the specific media for your application, and you can also visit our filter bag sizing guide page.
