Fuel-Water Separator Filters

Water removal is typically done in the primary (i.e. first) stage of fuel filtration, on the fuel line prior to entering the engine, using a specialized coalescing fuel/water separator media. This media is not only designed to remove water, it is a first line of defense against harmful particulate found in the fuel line, making it a critical component of a high-functioning diesel engine. The effective removal of water in the primary stage of fuel filtration is critical to protect expensive injection tips, and maintain efficient combustion in todayā€™s high pressure engines.

We have a huge range of replacement fuel-water separator elements, designed to fit any fuel-water separator housing or assembly. Replacement filters are either cartridge style for larger, industrial housings, or spin-on canisters for smaller, lower flow applications.
